How to Use Bedtime to Track your Sleep on your iPhone

Many people faces a problem of sleep and don't have proper schedule for it. Apple let you help to sleep better using Bedtime app. It was designed in such a way to sleep and tell you when to wake up. This app lets you set the desired wake up and sleep time with a alert reminder



  1. Open the Clock app.
  2. Tap on the Bedtime tab.
  3. Tap the Options button (upper left corner of the screen) and set the settings for Bedtime. 
  4. Choose the days of the week, your bedtime reminder interval, the wakeup sound and its volume with the slider.
  5. Tap Done. Now, drag the moon icon to set the time you go to bed and the bell icon to set your wake up time.
  6. Use the toggle switch on the top right to use Bedtime or to switch if off.
